Community Movement Project
After five years in Montclair, this fall we are re-evaluating Community Movement Project
see to what its future will hold. Look for more updates in 2023.
Pilates/Barre Blend with Erin | Tuesdays 10-11am in-person

Suggested donation: $20/class
Suggested donation for 7-week series: $140 ($20/class)

Pilates/Barre Blend with Erin
In Pilates/Barre Blend, each class will work to balance, lengthen, strengthen, and stretch the entire body,
with an emphasis on challenging the core abdominal muscles with each movement.
Exercises draw from the Pilates Method and barre class methods
and can be modified or enhanced for all fitness levels.
Classes will take place in Grace Hall at Central Presbyterian Church and are all pay-what-you-can.
Mats, Pilates magic circles, bands, and balls will be provided,
though participants may bring their own mats.
COVID Safety Protocols
All props and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned before and after class.
Masks are no longer required indoors in Montclair regardless of vaccination status.
Due to the large class space, participants can readily spread out around the room
and windows will be open for classes.
