​Winter Warm Up

5 week virtual series
Feb 1 - March 6, 2021
Offering 5 classes a week, for 5 weeks this winter!
Let's stay connected, stay physical, and prioritize our wellness.
​Classes will take place online on Zoom and are all pay-what-you-can*.

Pilates/Barre Blend with Erin
In Pilates/Barre Blend, each class will work to balance, lengthen, strengthen, and stretch the entire body, with an emphasis on challenging the core abdominal muscles with each movement. Exercises draw from the Pilates Method and barre class methods and can be modified or enhanced for all fitness levels.


Sculpt with Bailey
This class offers full, functional training through a mix of aerobic exercises and total body strength training. The program is designed to utilize household items for resistance training, which will be combined with body weight exercises and plyometrics for a fun, challenging workout. When applicable, three levels of intensity will be offered for each exercise, making this class appropriate for ALL levels!


Yoga with Bethany
During this 5 week series, we’ll focus on alignment and building a strong foundation through the Vinyasa form. Along with asana (physical practice), meditation and breathwork will be woven in to leave you with tools to give yourself rest outside of class. No prior yoga experience is necessary!

Creative Movement (Preschool) with Denise
Class will consist of a welcome song, child-led movement explorations, dance games, and an introduction to dance terminology.  Our 5 session series will focus on body awareness with a theme of “Opposites''.  Dancers will explore the ideas of big/small, fast/slow, high/low, over/under and more.  Each class will end with a dancing story-time.   Please bring a favorite stuffed animal and a bath-size towel to class, and grown-ups should be nearby during class.


Creative Movement (K-2) with Meg
This class offers students a fun, energetic and imaginative opportunity to build confidence through creative expression and skill building - all while building self-awareness and getting some exercise! This class series will use the Language of Dance (fancy dance concepts like ‘expand’ and ‘contract’) as a base to guide children through movement stories set to a variety of music.

 
*To sign-up for virtual classes through Eventbrite, a $1 donation is required.

​RSVP Required + Class Size is Limited
*Adult classes require minimum of 2 and
kids classes minimum of 3.

If a class is canceled due to class size an email/text will be sent 3 hours ahead of time.
